I am a Precision Nutrition L1 Certified Nutritionist, lover of food and meal prep, coffee addict, weightlifting blogger based in the suburbs outside of Chicago. I focus on creating meal-prepable recipes to make eating healthy and nutritious, easy. My love for eating healthy stems back to college when I realized that frequent late night breakfast sandwiches not only didn’t look good on me, but didn’t feel good. I learned that food didn’t just taste great but could make you feel great as well. I feel it is my purpose to show others that this life of healthy eating is attainable, sustainable and can even be pretty simple.
