Why Almond Flour?
I decided to make this brownie recipe with almond flour instead of regular flour not only for a bit more variety but also almond flour is so moist! Almond flour not only makes the brownie more fudgy, but give it a nuttier flavor which goes well with the chocolate. Using almond flour makes these brownies gluten-free and grain free which is perfect for anyone with dietary restrictions.
