Can we talk about Super Bowl appetizers for a hot second? These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites STEAL THE SHOW every dang time. Easy to make, tastes so incredibly delicious and are way healthier than your typical buffalo wing.
This Super Bowl Sunday was a little more relaxed than past Super Bowl Sundays. Husband and I didn’t really have anything planned because he had a work flight scheduled for smack in the middle of the game. But we still wanted to incorporate those classic Super Bowl Sunday foods to get in the spirit! So we made the most of our time and had these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with our lunch. Then right before he left for his flight, we had some Mac N’ Cheese!!! Talk about a healthy day of eating…
But let me tell you, this recipe is NOT just for the Super Bowl. I would eat these any day of the week, anytime of the year. They’re perfect for a side dish at a sit down dinner or apps for a party. This recipe takes less than an hour to make and heats up super well! If you’re not trying to turn your oven on, these bites can be made in the air fryer as well.
