Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are perfect for football Sunday or pretty much any day of the week. Easy to make, incredibly delicious and way healthier than traditional buffalo wings.

1 head of cauliflower

3/4C All purpose Flour (use almond flour or coconut flour + corn starch to make gluten-free)

1C Water

2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Paprika

1/4C Hot sauce

1 Tbsp Butter (replace with vegan butter to make vegan)

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

  1. Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite sized florets
  2. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder and paprika in a large bowl
  3. Dump your cauliflower florets into the bowl and coat
  4. Move the coated florets to a greased baking pan and bake at 450 for 20 minutes
  5. While the florets are baking, make your buffalo sauce
  6. Mix the hot sauce with the melted butter and the lemon juice
  7. When the 20 minutes are up, remove the cauliflower from the oven and scoop the florets into a clean bowl
  8. Coat the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce and put back on the baking sheet and in the oven for 15 minutes
