I was a chai spice latte person for a very quick moment in time. Until I remembered how much I loved coffee! But I’ve always appreciated those comforting flavors. They’ve always reminded me of Fall which is why I decided now was the perfect time to make this recipe!
Ingredients You’ll Need For Chai Spice Oats
Rolled Oats
Milk – I use almond milk but any milk will work!
Vanilla
Maple Syrup – Optional but who doesn’t love some sweetness in the morning?
Collagen – I use Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Collagen but any will work. Also, this ingredient is optional!
A comforting blend of spices including:
Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, All Spice, Cardamom and Pepper… yes pepper!
How Long Do Overnight Oats Last?
In an air tight container, overnight oats should last in the fridge for up to 5 days. However, the longer your oats soak, the softer they will be! Because they’ll stay for up to a week, overnight oats are perfect for meal prep. Prep 5 batches on Sunday and you’ll have breakfast ready to go for a whole week!

Ingredients
1C Rolled Oats
1C Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Scoops Vanilla Collagen
1 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
1/4 teaspoon Clove
1/4 teaspoon All Spice
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Combine your ingredients and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- When you’re ready to eat them, pop them in the microwave for about a minute.
- Top with your favorite toppings like Greek yogurt, nuts, banana or nut butter and enjoy!
