These Soft and Chewy Molasses Cookies are rich with tons of spice and amazing flavor. They’re slightly crispy on the outside and have a chewy center that you will melt over! The perfect cookie to make for your Christmas dessert table.
Molasses Cookies remind me of the holidays. To be honest, I didn’t grow up with them. I actually discovered them a bit later in life but as soon as I tried them I fell in love! They’re so incredibly rich from the molasses and the flavors are unique. Once you try them you’ll be hooked!
When playing around with this recipe I wasn’t sure what to expect. These flat cookies came out of the oven and I wasn’t sure how I felt! However once I tried them… I decided to keep them. The center is super chewy and the edges are a little crispy. To be honest after sitting for a couple of days according to my husband they “defied the laws of gravity” with how bendy they became HAHA but my solution to that is you’ll just need to eat them all in one day.
