These last few months I’ve been obsessed with Apricots. We had a bunch leftover in the pantry and so I decided to make Chocolate Dipped Dried Apricots! Originally I bought them for a cheese board. Apricots make for GREAT filler on a cheese board. Husband was thrilled when I brought them home; apparently he loves them! This was my first time trying one and wow have I missed out all this time!
Now I buy them every week as part of my weekly grocery haul. The other day when I made my Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates, I decided to play around with some dried apricots and dip them in the leftover melted chocolate I had used for the dates. Pretty much anything is good dipped in chocolate so these Chocolate Dipped Dried Apricots were obviously a hit. We put them in the freezer and they were an incredible treat throughout the week!

- Immune boosting

- Great for your skin

This little treat is perfect as a dessert, snack or a fun addition to an amazing snack/cheese board! Apricots in general are low in calorie and I dipped them in 100% cacao so there’s no added sugar. The dried apricot is sweet enough that added sugar isn’t needed. Enjoy!Print
These Chocolate Dipped Dried Apricots are perfect to keep in the fridge and pop in your mouth when you’re craving something sweet. They’re insanely easy to prepare and believe me when I tell you… they will not last long in your house.
