To set the record straight, I am not a salad eater. However I am obsessed with this Copycat Sweet Green Harvest Bowl. I much rather eat all the toppings than the lettuce… anyone else? That’s why I love Sweet Green so much! Their salads and bowls are about so much more than just greens and they have a killer topping selection. If you’ve never been, they have an amazing menu and every time I eat there I don’t feel like I’m eating a salad at all!
My favorite order at Sweet Green is the Harvest Bowl. I customize it a bit and change the dressing but the combination of flavors is just so comforting. It really reminds me of Fall! So finally I decided I had to make my own at home. I gathered all my ingredients, made my bowl all pretty and topped with the Spicy Cashew Dressing I made at home using Bites By Mia’s copycat Spicy Cashew Dressing Recipe (linked below)! Seriously the best dressing EVER!
This Copycat Sweet Green Harvest Bowl is great for meal prep or for a dinner party! I made a similar salad for a dinner party a few weeks ago and even husband liked this salad which is a miracle in itself. Enjoy!Print
This Copycat Sweet Green Harvest Bowl includes every ingredient that encompasses Fall: Apples, sweet potatoes, cranberries and goat cheese. This recipe is perfect for a dinner party (I actually just made a similar salad for a dinner party of my own and it was a hit!) Even Fusco loves this salad and he HATES salad. That, my friends, is saying a lot.

If you have all your ingredients on hand then this recipe really only calls for assembly and the making of the Spicy Cashew Dressing. The Harvest Bowl originally calls for a balsamic vinaigrette dressing so you can always use that instead.
- If you don’t have already made chicken all you have to do is season a chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Same for the sweet potatoes!
- Assemble and enjoy!
- You can add grains to this bowl as well for a heartier meal. Farro, brown rice or wild rice would work well!
