This Double Chocolate Banana Bread combines cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Each bite is decadent as ever and it’s 100% a chocolate lovers dream.
Making banana bread is one of the easiest ways to use up your overripe banana. When you involve chocolate, it’s also the most delicious way! So by the time Friday comes and I notice how ripe they are, I get super excited because I know what I’ll be doing over the weekend!

I had a ton of chocolate chips left from the amazing package that I received from Russell Stover and I decided the theme of the weekend was going to be chocolate. Needless to say, this loaf was a huge hit.
I actually made this Double Chocolate Banana Bread loaf right before we left to go home to the East Coast and when debating on freezing the rest of the bread or taking it with us, I decided it would make a GREAT car ride snack. Boy was I right!Print
