Is there anything better than a recipe with the word “easy” in the title? This Easy Apple Pie Yogurt Parfait is the perfect breakfast or snack and incredibly easy to whip up. I love snacks like this because they can be eaten really at any time of the day. Breakfast, snack time, lunch or dessert… it doesn’t really matter!
This Easy Apple Pie Yogurt Parfait encompasses a few of my favorite things:
Greek Yogurt: I used vanilla but you can use plain or any other flavor you think would go well with apples. I think plain yogurt mixed with cinnamon or apple pie spice would be just divine.
Granola: I used the peanut butter granola from Trader Joe’s but any granola would work here. You could also take a stab at making your own granola with oats, nuts and nut butter!
Apples: I used uncooked apples but I think cooked apples, sauteed in coconut oil and cinnamon would go wonderfully here!
Easily thrown together and if you’re assembling in a jar, easy to take on-the-go! This recipe would be wonderful with any type of fruit like berries, bananas or peaches. If you don’t have granola feel free to replace with mixed nuts, dried fruit or trail mix!Print
This Easy Apple Pie Yogurt Parfait is such a treat! Once thing I love about this recipe is you can keep it super simple or really ramp it up with extra toppings, different flavors of yogurt and cooked apples instead of uncooked. Make it your own!
