How To Store Your Muffins:
If these don’t go all in one day… you can store them in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to 3 months! To store them in the fridge, keep them in an air-tight container. If you’re going to freeze them, wrap them in plastic wrap or foil and place in a freezer proof bag like a ziplock bag or a slasher bag!Print

1 + 1/2C Flour
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Baking Soda + Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
1/4 teaspoon All-Spice
1/4 teaspoon Clove
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- Pre-heat your oven to 350
- Combine your wet ingredients and then add in your dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not over mix!)
- Add your batter to a greased muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes
- Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- Cook Time: 20 Minutes
