This Easy Salmon Caesar Salad is such an great lunch or dinner. I’m totally not a salad person but when summer comes around, for some reason I start craving fresh and light meals (like salad)! While I was at the grocery store last I made sure to grab some of my favorite salad ingredients like: romaine, caesar dressing, croutons and cucmbers. I also bought some shelled pistachios to throw in there because WHY NOT!
When I was younger I used to go to Panera Bread A LOT! My go to order was the 1/2 and 1/2 option. So I would either get 1/2 Ceasar Chicken Sandwich, 1/2 Chicken Ceasar Salad or 1/2 Broccoli Cheddar Soup. The Panera Bread Caesar Salald is my FAVORITE. So when I was building this salad, I was using their salad as my inspiration!
What you will need for your Salmon Caesar Salad:
Lettuce of choice
(The following toppings are optional)
(Some other toppings that would also go well with this salad)
I seasoned my salmon super simply because I knew I would be getting some caesar dressing on it while I was eating. I sprinkled some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and had husband cook it up on the grill. It came out so good! I also paired our salads with a slice each of the homemade bread I made. If you’ve ever been to Sweetgreen, you know they give you this delicious bread with each bowl!! Thanks for the inspo, Sweetgreen.Print
