Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Pie

This Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Pie is easy to make and can be whipped up in no time! You’ll need just a couple of simple ingredients that you may already have on hand. Serve it at your next party or gathering and your guests are sure to be delighted.

Peanut Butter

Cream Cheese

Cool Whip

Powdered Sugar

Gluten-Free Oreos

Butter

Peanut Butter Cups

What kind of Peanut Butter should I use?

You’ll want to use a creamy peanut butter for this recipe so that it mixes well with the other ingredients! I wouldn’t recommend a chunk peanut butter but personally I’m a creamy peanut butter gal all the way!

How to make a Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Start by making your crust. Pulse the Oreos and melted butter in a food processor until well combined and press into a pie pan.
  2. Whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and then add in the the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Whip until combined and then fold in the cool whip.
  3. Add your mixture over the crust and then decorate with as many peanut butter cups as you want on top.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

How long is Peanut Butter Pie good for?

This pie will not last long but just in case there are leftovers, store them in the fridge for up to a week or freeze it!

1C Peanut Butter

1 8oz Package Cream Cheese, Softened

1 8oz Container of Cool Whip

1/2C Powdered Sugar

1 Gluten Free cookie crust OR 20 Gluten-Free Oreos + 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
