I love hosting parties but sometimes it can get pretty stressful and chaotic! That is exactly why I love having easy appetizer recipes like this one in my arsenal. As much as I love hosting, I like to be realistic with the dishes I choose to make. Which is why I like to make a mix of easy and more complex dishes so that I don’t stress myself out too much!
There is nothing worse than chaos before serving a meal, especially when it comes to people’s hunger levels! That is why I love serving appetizers. It gives the people something to focus on while I’m taking care of the main dish and helps me to avoid starving guests just in case something is delayed.
These goat cheese and sun dried tomato stuffed dates take no time at all to throw together and only require 4 ingredients. They also look incredibly fancy without much effort at all!

How to store your appetizer
The great thing about this appetizer is that you can make it the night before! There is nothing better than being able to prep for a dinner party the night before, am I right? When I made this recipe the first time, I stored them in an air tight container for about a week and they stayed great! I ended up giving a few to husband everyday with his lunch and he loved it.
