May is National Salad Month and we are kicking off the month with this incredible Italian Chop Salad! This Italian Chop Salad has a delicious combination of ingredients all tossed together with your favorite store bought Italian Dressing. This recipe is easy to put together, perfect for a group, and makes eating a salad so much more enjoyable!

It’s impossible not to love everything about this salad. It’s loaded with a ton of flavor and can be customized to your liking! Not only is it perfect for the Spring but it can be served with your favorite Italian dish.

One of the best things about this recipe is how easy it comes together. Is it just me or does everyone begin craving fresh and crunchy salads as the weather gets warmer? Having recipes like this on hand not only helps me to eat healthy but makes eating healthy fun and versatile!

Ingredients

  • Revolution Farms Whole Leaf Romaine Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Pitted Black Olives
  • Sharp Provolone Cheese
  • Dried Salami
  • Pepperoncini
  • Your favorite Italian Dressing

Options & Variations

  • Instead of Olives you can use Chick Peas
  • Instead of Sharp Provolone you can use fresh Mozzarella
  • Instead of Pepperoncini you can use Roasted Red Peppers
  • Instead of a bottled Italian Dressing you can make your own with Oil, Vinegar, & some Italian spices

How to make an Italian Chop Salad

  • Start by washing and chopping your lettuce and cucumber
  • Rinse the olives
  • Cube the cheese and salami
  • Assemble in a bowl, add the peppers on top
  • Drizzle with dressing and mix
