I cannot resist an egg roll. However, they’re not always the most healthy option when you’re trying to eat well! Alas… the Egg Roll Lettuce Boats! All the goodness and flavor of an egg roll but just a little healthier.

Ingredients you will need
Ground Turkey
Revolution Farms Romaine Lettuce Boats
Cabbage
Fresh Garlic
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Eggs
Green Onion
Sriracha
How to make Lettuce Egg Roll Boats
- Wash and chop the Green Onion
- Heat some olive oil in a pan with your fresh garlic and add the turkey
- Allow to brown before breaking it up and cook until no longer pink
- Add the cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil and whites of the green onion
- Once everything is nice and combined, crack the eggs in the pan and allow them to cook a bit before mixing in.
- Top with Greens of the onion and some Sriracha
- Scoop into your lettuce boats and enjoy!
