Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad with Balsamic

We love a good Summer Salad in this household and this Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad with Balsamic sans tomatoes is one of the best. Why no tomatoes you ask? Well, because let’s be honest… I hate tomatoes! I’m not sorry for saying it. I really hate tomatoes and if it were up to me I would make everything tomato-less. So now with that out in the open, if you do in fact like tomatoes, you can totally add them to this recipe!

Ingredients for Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad with Balsamic

How to make a Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad

  1. Clean and Chop the cucumber and add to a large bowl.
  2. Slice the mozzarella into bite size pieces and add to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Chop your basil and sprinkle on top.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze for the finishing touch.

1 Container of Mozzarella or small Mozzarella Balls
