How to make a Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad
- Clean and Chop the cucumber and add to a large bowl.
- Slice the mozzarella into bite size pieces and add to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Chop your basil and sprinkle on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze for the finishing touch.
