Mozzarella and Cucumber Salad with Balsamic

Description

If you’re looking for a light and healthy Summer Salad, look no further. Add some tomatoes and grilled chicken to this recipe for a lovely Summer lunch too!


Ingredients

Scale

1 Large Cucumber

1 Container of Mozzarella or small Mozzarella Balls

Olive oil

Balsamic Glaze

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder

Basil


Instructions

  1. Clean and Chop the cucumber and add to a large bowl.
  2. Slice the mozzarella into bite size pieces and add to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Chop your basil and sprinkle on top.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze for the finishing touch.
