Peanut Butter Snickerdoodles are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. They combine 2 of the greatest cookies and are perfect for the holidays!
This household goes through so much peanut butter. We buy the large jars from Cosco which are our favorite! So when I was thinking of cookie recipes for the Fall I thought there needed to be a peanut butter cookie… but with a twist. Alas, the Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle!
If you plan to partake in a Christmas cookie exchange this year, you need to include these! They’re easy to make and such a fun twist on a classic.
