Instructions
- Start by marinating your chicken thighs in teriyaki sauce.
- Slice your red onion and pineapple and set aside.
- Arrange your toppings on a platter including the buns, lettuce, and provolone cheese slices.
- Once your chicken has been marinating for about an hour, cook your chicken up on the grill. During the last minute of cooking, top with the provolone cheese.
- While cooking the chicken, grill up your pineapple slices and red onion slices until they have a nice char on them. Remove and add to your toppings platter.
- Arrange the chicken on a plate so that everyone can assemble their own sandwich and serve!
