Pinkglow® Pineapple Dole Whip

Ingredients

Del Monte® Pinkglow® Pineapple

Full Fat Greek Yogurt

Lime Juice

Directions

Cut your Pineapple into chunks and freeze overnight in a freezer safe container.

Once your Pineapple is frozen, add to a blender with the yogurt and lime juice.

Blend until completely smooth. You may have to scrape down the sides of the blender a couple of times.

Once fully blended, serve with some pineapple chunks and whipped cream.

1/4C Lime Juice
