Pumpkin Bread with Homemade Honey Butter

Homemade pumpkin bread is a Fall favorite. Packed with pumpkin spice and chocolate chips, this flavor combo will knock your socks off. Combine this loaf with a homemade honey butter and there is literally nothing better.

Ingredients you’ll need

Pumpkin Puree

Flour

Eggs

Maple Syrup

Almond Butter

Coconut Oil

Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Salt

Chocolate Chips

Step-by-step

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 and grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl combine the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Add in your dry ingredients and fold until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and add batter to the loaf.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes!

How long will this bread last?

This loaf will last in the fridge for up to a week.

Can I freeze this Pumpkin Bread?

Yes! If you don’t think you’ll eat this loaf in about a week, feel free to wrap well and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Honey butter is simply what it sounds like, a sweet butter mixed with honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. It’s perfect for the Fall and can be used in so many different ways.

How to make honey butter?

Making homemade Honey Butter is much easier than you may think! All you’ll need is the following:

Unsalted Butter

Honey

Vanilla

Cinnamon

Simply whip your ingredients together with a hand or standing mixer, scoop into a container, and store in the fridge. This butter goes great on not just pumpkin bread but bagels, toast, and even pancakes!

How long will honey butter last in the fridge?

You can store your homemade honey butter in the fridge for up to a month! For longer lasting honey butter, freeze it for up to 2 months and just defrost the night before you plan to use it.

1/4C Honey

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Instructions

  • Add in your dry ingredients and fold until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and add batter to the loaf.
  • Bake for 50 minutes!
  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes
  • Cook Time: 50 Minutes
