This post is sponsored by Ancient Nutrition, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

There’s nothing like enjoying a cold popsicle on a hot day, am I right? The problem with store-bought popsicles is they typically contain a ton of added sugars but not these! These Strawberry Lemonade Collagen Popsicles are sweet, tart and incredibly refreshing. They’re the perfect after dinner treat to have on hand during the summer, plus they’re 100% kid friendly!

This popsicle recipe only calls for 5 ingredients, the main one being Ancient Nutrition’s Strawberry Lemonade Collagen. This flavor of collagen brings me back to when I was a kid. One of my favorite things about the summer was going to the snack stand at my town pool and buying a large, fresh lemonade (with a side of fries of course).

Benefits of Collagen:

9g of protein per serving

Supports a healthy gut, skin, hair, nails and joints

Sourced only from non-GMO, grass-fed, pasture raised, cage-free and cruelty-free sources

I started incorporating collagen into my diet about 4 years ago now and I’ve personally seen a huge improvement in my nails, skin and hair. I also take collagen for my joints and my bones. My family has a distinct interest in joint and bone health, so I am always taking steps to support the health of my joints and bones now and in the future! I love collagen because it’s incredibly easy to incorporate into your everyday life. Besides strawberry lemonade, Ancient Nutrition has chocolate and vanilla which I love to add to oatmeal and smoothies and plain which I like to add to my coffee. There’s something for everyone!
